I have subscribed but cannot see paid content

Step 1

If you are not in the app, please launch the app.

Step 2

Once in the app, click the Log out button in the app Menu.

Step 3

Re-open/relaunch the SuperTV app and enjoy the world of Super entertainment.

If you cannot still see the Movies or LiveTV subscribed to, please continue to step 4


Step 4

Clear the app data.

1: Open the Settings application on your device.

2: Head Over to Apps Menu

3: Choose Installed Applications

4: Find the SuperTV app

5: Select it, Move to the Storage Tab

6: Hit Clear Storage/Clear App Data

 

Step 5

Re-open/relaunch the SuperTV app and enjoy the world of Super entertainment.
